This position focuses on delivering Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to support enterprise applications, including the Pronto Xi ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in general operational tasks such as backup verifications and customer disaster recovery testing.
- Perform Linux shell scripting and system administration.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory, and VMWare system administration.
- Work with Oracle, IBM Informix, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Address network and communication issues, including NSX technologies.
- Possess a relevant information technology qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows Server and SQL.
- Exhibit basic to intermediate understanding of Linux-based operating systems.

- Showcase strong commercial acumen.
