Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including NAV CANADA and the Department of National Defence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large and small projects
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
