Restaurant Shift Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervision: Supervise up to 10 staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
