Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at India Paradise. As the head of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless food preparation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Manage Kitchen Staff: Supervise a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and identify opportunities for improvement in menu offerings and kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and specials that showcase our South Indian, East Indian, West Indian, and Vegetarian cuisine specialties.
