  • Experience building relationships with Indigenous peoples and implementing the principles of reconciliation.
  • Ability to apply and interpret legislation and policies, including knowledge and experience applying standards.

What We Offer

The Manitoba government recognizes the importance of building an exemplary public service reflective of the citizens it serves, where diverse abilities, backgrounds, cultures, identities, languages, and perspectives drive a high standard of service and innovation.

We support equitable employment practices and promote representation of designated groups (women, Indigenous people, persons with disabilities, visible minorities). This competition is designated for Indigenous people.
