Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sofa By Fancy Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise a team of workers and oversee project execution
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs
  • Recruit and hire staff, and conduct related staffing actions
  • Set up and maintain equipment and machinery
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions and decisions
  • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Supervision:

The successful candidate will supervise a team of 3-4 people.

Security and Safety:

A basic security clearance and criminal record check are required.

Personal Suitability:

  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
