About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Gratia Bakery & Cafe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Production Scheduling: Assist in drawing up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
Work Environment

Our bakery is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and attention to detail is essential.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent time management skills.
