Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all products.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Our bakery is located in an urban area, with public transportation available. We offer a welcoming and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Language and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
