At Hansel and Gretel Bakery, we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, and ensuring that all products are presented in a visually appealing manner. Responsibilities:

* Prepare dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory goods
* Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays
* Ensure that all products meet established quality standards
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
