We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Gratia Bakery & Cafe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of our delicious bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our bakery products, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate the production schedule to meet customer demand, ensuring timely delivery of our products.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure our products meet our standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or production environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
