Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at IMM Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, oversee the preparation of reports, and order office supplies
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Health care plan and permanent employment
  • 35 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent administrative support
Language and Work Environment
