Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Captain Real Estate Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, including supervising other workers, training, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train office staff
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Experience in real estate or a related field
