Administrative Coordinator

Bansal Finance & consulting Corporation is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and seminars
- Distribute mail and other materials as needed
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties
- Handle electronic inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
- Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Manage digital databases and ensure accurate records are kept
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Judgement and decision-making skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Client-focused approach
- Reliability and dependability
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated salary range based on location: $30,000 - $45,000 per year.
