About the Role

Bansal Finance & consulting Corporation is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and seminars
  • Distribute mail and other materials as needed
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties
  • Handle electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Manage digital databases and ensure accurate records are kept

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated salary range based on location: $30,000 - $45,000 per year.
