As a Strategic Business Leader at IT9 LTD., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's overall success.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our organization as a CEO (Chief Executive Officer). In this role, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, formulating policies, and representing the company in various official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews.
Supervision

You will have the opportunity to supervise a team of 5-10 people.

Technical Skills
  • You should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines. You will need to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail while managing a large workload.

  • You must possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, good judgement, and be organized.
