Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with expertise in allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.

The General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
