Job Title: Global Process Manager

Mccormick Canada is a leading company in the spice, seasoning, and specialty food industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Global Process Manager will work with business partners across Mccormick to identify, align, and implement standardized world-class processes and technology. This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders to assist in identifying opportunities to deliver new services for unmet capability needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, align, and execute strategic plans that deliver efficiency targets through standardized work-class processes and technology.
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of global processes and technology through documentation, training, testing, and controls.
  • Drive decisions to standardize processes.
  • Manage solution decisions (configuration, WRICEF, cutover, etc.).
  • Facilitate complex functional and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Define and implement KPIs and performance measures leveraging best practice benchmarking with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT on system implementation/enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure adequate and timely root cause analysis to understand problem drivers and implementation of necessary corrections and/or changes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure global alignment of priorities working in a matrixed environment.
  • Lead associated change management activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related professional area.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Subject matter expert of functional area process and tools.
  • Collaborative and resilient with a global mindset.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a complex multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment.
  • Program and project management experience required.
  • Formal continuous improvement (e.g., LEAN / Six Sigma) and project management (e.g., PMP) certification/training desirable.
  • Stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders and to constructively deal with conflicts.
