Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing expert guidance on Canada and US immigration policies and procedures
* Partnering with external legal counsel to ensure compliance and best practices
* Developing and implementing strategic mobility programs and practices
* Facilitating the smooth transition of cross-border talent
* Maintaining cross-border policies and templates

**Requirements:**

* University degree/diploma at the Bachelors level or above in a relevant field
* ~5 + years of applicable previous experience supporting global mobility processes
* Expert level understanding of Canadian and US immigration policies and procedures
* Strong understanding of Canadian and US immigration laws
* French-English bilingualism is a strong asset
