Key Responsibilities- Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of our organization.
- Requirements Management: Develop and maintain detailed requirements documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Workshop Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to configure and implement business solutions.
- Business Problem Identification: Support the identification, assessment, and prioritization of business problems, and develop recommendations for improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication to stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Project Delivery: Work in an Agile fashion, delivering projects according to accepted Agile methods and frameworks.
- Solution Delivery Framework: Adhere to PCL's Solution Delivery Framework (SDF), ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- User Acceptance Testing: Develop and maintain user acceptance testing results, track issues, and report statuses to stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Culture Alignment: Model the solution provider and profitability culture, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with our organizational values.
- Education: Postsecondary degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3 years of progressive experience in a related field, with a focus on business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery.
- Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is highly preferred.
- Abilities: Ability to think logically and analytically, and to constructively express ideas and concepts. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at all levels and areas within the organization, and to independently conduct effective meetings and give presentations in support of various projects and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs, and to make recommendations that support the project/solution and company-wide objectives.
- Software Implementation: Knowledge and practical experience with intermediate software implementations, software development lifecycle methodologies, and organizational change management.
