We're seeking a skilled Retail Store Assistant Leader to join our team at Kiehl's. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER IN LEADING AND MOTIVATING THE TEAM TO ACHIEVE SALES GROWTH AND PROVIDE OPTIMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Demonstrating expert product knowledge and application techniques, as well as in-depth understanding of service excellence and brand expectations.
- LEADING THE TEAM TO ACHIEVE STORE RETAIL TARGETS BY DELIVERING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Maintaining track of retail KPIs and prevailing market information.
- Generating sales by applying outstanding service and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly operations at point of sale (POS) activities, including POS and individual sales goal setting.
- FOLLOWING BRAND RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES TO RECRUIT AND LOYALIZE CUSTOMERS.
- Acknowledging and recording all customer complaints and issues, ensuring complete follow-through and reporting to management.
- Responsible for new BA integration program and motivating and coaching team members.
- You must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You should have 1-3+ years of experience in specialty retail store management.
- You should have demonstrated success in driving sales by coaching and developing a team.
- You should be entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
- You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You should have a passion for skincare and serving customers.
- You should be comfortable conducting skincare services on customers' faces after being trained.
- You should have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
