Key Responsibilities:

  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • Inspect reports and sheets of data
  • Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Search websites for information
  • Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and social skills and ability to receive criticism well
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
  • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data management
  • Proven typing accuracy
