**Job Title:** Data Entry Specialist

**Location:** Canada

**Daily Responsibilities:**

  • Process and manage client data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and finalize business transactions, including drafts and wire transfers.
  • Make informed decisions regarding stop payments and pre-authorized payments.

**Required Skills:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer information.
  • High-speed data entry skills, with the ability to enter over 7000 keystrokes per hour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
