About the Role

Burnac Produce Limited is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and data entry services to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and credits using our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide timely and effective support to our sales and operations teams, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with our inventory and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing and inventory management.
  • Process authorized customer returns and credits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales orders, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and analytical software a plus.
