Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Caregiver Leader. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide leadership in the safe delivery of resident care, medication administration, and other nursing procedures.

In this role, you will supervise Health Care Aides and other non-regulated health care staff to ensure that quality care and support is provided to residents and families in accordance with established standards of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the delivery of resident care, including medication administration and other nursing procedures.
  • Supervise Health Care Aides and other non-regulated health care staff to ensure quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Member in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly position with a competitive rate of pay ranging from $27.87 to $36.49. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
