Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at CANADA INC. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
  • Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report writing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
