As an Emergency Medical Responder with Medavie Health Services West, you will be accountable to our patients and coworkers by participating in safety-related initiatives and acting professionally to foster a patient-centric culture.

You will work in Saskatoon, SK, maintaining personal knowledge and skills to deliver optimal patient care. You will operate MHS-West vehicles safely, stock and maintain them, and work in hazardous environments to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

You will also document patient care, assessments, and skills in a timely manner, handle conflict situations professionally, and follow our chain of command. A current CPR certification and valid driver's license are required, along with a clean criminal record check and driver's abstract.

This role entails working efficiently as a team member, possessing strong interpersonal skills, and having excellent work habits. You must demonstrate a high regard for confidentiality and professionalism. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will be a registered EMR with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics or willing to obtain registration. We welcome candidates who are eager to contribute to our mission of improving the wellbeing of Canadians.
