Director of Revenue Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue to lead our Sales and Marketing teams at Gibbons. This key role will focus on implementing revenue-generating strategies, driving group bookings, outbound sales, and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and grow the Gibbons's membership program: The Apres Pass.
  • Oversee and implement revenue strategies across all businesses in the portfolio.
  • Manage and implement marketing strategies that align with the Gibbons brand vision.
  • Lead two teams of managers to execute marketing plans, facilitate group bookings, and manage client relationships.
  • Drive outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to sales teams.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets.
  • Maintain key community relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership roles, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
