We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development and Fundraising Strategist to join our team at Whistler Personnel.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in fundraising and development to contribute their skills and expertise to a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in securing funding and building relationships with donors, as well as experience in managing campaigns from start to finish.

As a Senior Development and Fundraising Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes creating and executing comprehensive fundraising plans, identifying and cultivating new donor prospects, and maintaining existing relationships with major donors.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Identify and cultivate new donor prospects, as well as maintain existing relationships with major donors
  • Create and execute fundraising campaigns from start to finish
  • Analyze data and develop reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, non-profit management, or communications
