Senior Customer Experience Associate

At Scotiabank, we're looking for a Senior Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
About the RoleOur Senior Customer Experience Associates are the face of our branches, and we're seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who enjoys meaningful conversations and supporting others. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer's journey, including:
- Acting as a lobby leader to ensure customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contributing to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Nurturing rich, long-standing relationships with our customers
- Being a technology expert and sharing your knowledge to introduce clients to our mobile banking applications
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Uncover and solve customers' needs
- Explain complicated concepts simply
- Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice
- Strong technical skills to promote and demonstrate digital/self-service banking options
- Previous banking experience is a strong asset
