Job Summary

Fountain Tire is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build existing and new business
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed
  • Finalize sales and complete customer follow-up to determine satisfaction level
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical services
  • Recommend tire services, specialty tire services, wheel and mechanical services to customers
  • Ensure accurate billing of products to customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Inside Sales, or Commercial Tire Technician
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
