Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Analytics specialist to join our Business Intelligence team at Lifemark Health Group, a market leader in customized healthcare solutions.



About the Role



  • Analyze consolidated data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and support various departments.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director to unlock business intelligence through strategic costing analyses and predictive advanced analytical techniques to forecast trends and support business.
  • Design, develop, and implement robust database systems tailored to meet the needs of our division and manage stored procedures to consolidate core data tables.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various business divisions to gather requirements, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.


About You



  • You have over 3 years of experience performing data analytics, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • You possess proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • You excel in problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Tools (e.g., Warehouse, Lakehouse, OneLake, Synapse)
  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of cloud database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunities for professional development and growth, and a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
