Position Overview

At Autodesk, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software. As a global leader, we empower our customers to solve complex design, business, and environmental challenges. Our Experience and Analytics (XA) team within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions organization is seeking a strategic, consultative, analytical, and organized individual to act as Chief of Staff, reporting to the VP of Product Analytics and Data Science.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership teams to drive strategic customer insight initiatives and organizational changes needed to operate as a data-driven organization.
  • Help define and refine operational strategies for data-driven initiatives, working with the VP and leadership across the organization.
  • Drive change management practices supporting the transition to becoming a data-driven product organization.
  • Coordinate the planning cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders to inform vision, priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Manage leadership meetings, planning and facilitating team and cross-team meetings, and off-sites.
  • Plan and lead strategic projects and programs that impact the company's overall success and advance the Autodesk Culture.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience in a fast-moving, high-tech business environment.
  • 7+ years of expertise leading large, complex, and transformative programs across teams in a matrixed setting.
  • Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills related to prioritization and risk management.
