Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring seamless service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Service, Parts, and Sales, to ensure seamless service experiences.
  • Utilize dealership templates and call scripts to communicate with customers effectively.
  • Update customer information and appointment details in our CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals as established by the Service Manager.
  • Streamline the CRM with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Document customer interactions and appointment details in the Appointment Log.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of products and services to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Comply with customer handling and marketing functions as outlined by the Service Manager.
  • Communicate with the Service Manager regarding customer issues or concerns.
  • Perform outbound campaigns and service administrative duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of dealership experience is an asset.
  • Experience with CDK and Xtime programs is considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record required.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Results-oriented mindset and willingness to work as a team member.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a changing schedule.
