Human Resources Specialist

The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc./EGADZ is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our policies and procedures comply with standard legal and regulatory practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture
- Support the work of the Executive Director, Programs Manager, Coordinators, Supervisors, and Youth workers
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and issues to mitigate recruitment and retention challenges
- Excellent coaching and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
