Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc./EGADZ is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our policies and procedures comply with standard legal and regulatory practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being
  • Support the Executive Director, Programs Manager, Coordinators, Supervisors, and Youth workers in their roles
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to mitigate recruitment and retention issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and issues
  • Excellent coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
