Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Cost Control
Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and drive sales growth, while controlling food costs and maintaining profitability.
Staff ManagementSupervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Inventory ManagementOversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that all products are stored and handled properly.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Marketing and PromotionsParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and in-store promotions, to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Computer SkillsProficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
