We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Active Security. This is a permanent on-the-road position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a safe and supportive environment
- Produce accurate and detailed reports, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies
- Operate security control room equipment, ensuring timely responses to incidents
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, identifying potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them
- Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments, working closely with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience an asset, but not required; training will be provided
- This is an on-the-road job, requiring flexibility and adaptability
- Work term: Permanent
- Work language: English
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week, including occasional overtime
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also included.
