Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated sales supervisor to join our team. As a sales supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • At least 1 month of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
