Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our manufacturing team at Independent Glass and Contracting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating activities, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment.

You will be responsible for arranging maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Additionally, you will train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, coordinate and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and 30-40 hours of work per week. The working language is English.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations supervision or a related field
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
