About the Role

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that encompass corporate communications, public relations, advertising, and sales programs. You will provide mentorship to marketing teams across multiple Baptist Housing locations, ensuring cohesive brand management and the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Baptist Housing's mission and vision
  • Provide leadership and oversight to marketing teams across multiple locations
  • Craft and implement marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Drive media relations and ensure consistent brand messaging

About You

We are seeking a self-starter with a strong background in marketing and communications. You will be a trusted ambassador of our ministry, embodying the values of Baptist Housing in every interaction. Your integrity, respect for others, and commitment to serving our mission make you an ideal candidate for this role.

What We Offer

A competitive salary with a range of $133,000–165,000 per year and a benefits package that includes employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, 6 weeks' vacation, up to 7% RRSP matching contribution, and support for professional development.
