Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team at 360insights. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in obtaining financial data, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, with outstanding organizational and follow-thru skills. You will be able to work independently, efficiently, and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send accurate client invoices and reports using 360 Systems
  • Support monthly close process
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and support AR collections
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Client deposit reconciliations
  • Support internal meetings, representing Finance Operations
  • Variety of other Accounting/Finance-related functions as requested
