Strategic Estimation Leader for High-Rise Residential Projects

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to lead a team in a well-established Rebar company? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Strategic Estimation Leader with MHB Group, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of estimators. This includes being responsible for their training, mentoring, and ensuring they meet project performance targets. You will oversee the estimating process for all projects bid and awarded, directing resources and working closely with commercial, engineering, and project management teams to ensure adherence to project scope and delivery timelines.

In this position, you will also have hands-on involvement in estimates for large and complex projects when needed. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leadership to prioritize pursuits and make key decisions. Your expertise will be valuable in analyzing past performance on projects and establishing estimating standards for future estimates.

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with our commercial team, design team, suppliers, and user groups while actively participating in industry, client, and community relations to enhance our company image.

Requirements:

  • Experience in rebar, concrete, framework, or general contractor estimation
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional relationship building skills

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
