Job Summary

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department at Paper Excellence. This position will be responsible for maintaining department and employee records, scheduling hourly employees, and administering compensation and benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and information.
  • Coordinate hourly employee scheduling and manage employee information in the Archive Room and UKG system.
  • Administer compensation and benefit programs, including salary surveys and annual salary programs.
  • Manage the Human Resources Department Website and provide employment-related information to employees.
  • Assist with new employee indoctrination and benefits enrollment.
  • Develop and communicate human resources business processes, policies, and programs.

Key Relationships

The HR Coordinator will report to the Human Resources Manager and work closely with managers, superintendents, supervisors, salaried employees, union executive members, hourly employees, industry HR representatives, health and welfare plan consultants, and WorkSafe BC.
