About This Role
This remote/hybrid work opportunity allows you to use your insurance expertise to prospect and bring new clients to Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Development Specialist, you will:
- Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
- Create a flexible schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate quality new business through networking and building Centers of Influence for consistent referrals.
- Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers.
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
- Collaborate with Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
- Liaise between client and external partners for fair representation.
- Continuously develop skills through industry involvement and courses.

- Has excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers.
- Can communicate professionally in person, over the phone, or through email.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
