Job Title: Liquor Store Supervisor

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
