Liquor Store Manager

Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store is seeking a skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Hire and train staff to meet the needs of our customers
- Authorize payments and manage inventory levels
- Order merchandise and maintain a well-stocked sales floor
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
