Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing sales floor activities, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Floor Tasks: Effectively allocate duties to sales staff to ensure optimal customer service and sales performance.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
- Inventory Control: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, organized, reliable, and team player.
