Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales staff
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:
