About the Role:

The Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor is a key member of the Lawtons pharmacy team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading the pharmacy operations team to achieve excellence in customer service, workflow efficiency, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate pharmacy operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage and develop the pharmacy team, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver superior customer experience and promote a health and wellness environment
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Process customer transactions, manage inventory, and perform administrative duties
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask
