Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the software development team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality products.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of our software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, identifying and addressing any defects or issues that arise during development.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our software development processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that our software products meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in leading technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of software development principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of software developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
