Senior Change Management Consultant Opportunity

49 Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Consultant to collaborate on a high-profile RFP with the Department of National Defence. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to support the Digital Campaign Plan and the Chief of Defence Staff Initiative, including program management and governance support, as well as change management team support.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires a strong background in change management, digital transformation, and program management. If you have the necessary experience and skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide change management expertise to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and implement change management strategies
  • Lead and manage change management teams to deliver complex IM/IT implementations
  • Advise on governance processes for program management support, including interdependency management, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop digital change management strategies, including target operation models and enterprise performance management frameworks
  • Lead organizational change management projects in a leadership role for large-scale digital transformation
  • Design and deploy data integration and implementation, business intelligence, and analytics solutions
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, organizational psychology, communications, science, or computer science
  • Hold a relevant certification, such as CBPP, APGM, CBAP, CPCM, or Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Hold a Secret Security Clearance
